西湖风景名胜区游客中心是一个以“游客至上，服务第一”为服务宗旨的综合性服务机构，主要服务功能包括景点、游程的宣传介绍、游客咨询、休息、导游（讲解）服务、邮政纪念服务、游客投诉，以及为一些特殊人群（如老人、儿童、残疾人）提供服务的项目（如轮椅、拐杖、童车）。 |

1、用国、粤语两种语言为游客、团体提供咨询、导游服务。
1、The center offers consultation & guide service to tourists in Mandarin or Cantonese.
2、提供游客休息、小药箱、针线包、邮政纪念服务；为特殊人群提供轮椅、 拐杖、 童车等设施。
2、The center also offers an exceptional array of service to tourists including a rest place, medicine-chest,lady's companion,post commemorate service,wheelchair,crutch,baby carriage.
3、热情耐心地处理游客投诉，并上报主管部门。
3、Receive and dispose the complaint sincerely,report the opinion to director management.
